Download templates and import parking slots or bookings
Parking Slots
Import multiple parking slots at once using an Excel file
Required columns:
- slot_number (e.g., B1-001)
- floor_name (e.g., B1, B2, G - auto-creates if new)
- vehicle_type (car or motorcycle)
- status (available, occupied, reserved, maintenance)
Existing Bookings
Import existing customer bookings using an Excel file
Required columns:
- slot_number (booking reference auto-generated)
- vehicle_type, vehicle_model, plate_number
- customer_name, customer_email, customer_phone
- booking_type, entry_time, expected_exit_time
- status, payment_status, payment_method
- Email sent automatically to customer_email if provided
Import Instructions
Step 1: Download the Excel template for the data type you want to import
Step 2: Fill in your data following the example rows provided in the template
Step 3: Save the Excel file and upload it using the "Upload Excel File" button
Important: For bookings, make sure the slot_number matches existing parking slots. For parking slots, just type the floor name - floors will be auto-created if they don't exist.
